Three Latest Safety Technology from Volvo

Volvo as the Swedish automaker is often successful in developing vehicles that have safety features, and they are also continuing to develop some safety technology because as we all know safety is the most important factor when we are driving a car. Volvo previously been developing the latest technological innovations known as the airbag, and this technology aims to save pedestrians when hit by a car.

And now heard the news, the company is also developing several new safety technologies, and known as the Traffic Jam Assist, Intersection Support, and Animal Detection. The following brief review of some of the latest technology from Volvo.

Traffic Jam Assist
This technology is a new system in a Volvo that can take over the steering wheel and follow the car in front, so will assist the driver in the face of street jammed with speeding capabilities and braking automatically match the correct distance.

When the streets were jammed we simply press a button, the car will automatically take over the steering wheel, gas and brake, and then will follow the car in front of him.

Intersection Support
This technology will automatically braking if the sensors and radar detects another vehicle that drove from crossing the road, so we will be spared from a fatal accident. As we all know when we're driving a car, and when you are at a crossroads sometimes we forget to look right and left, and it would be very dangerous.
Animal Detection
As the name suggests this technology could detect the presence of animals around us when driving a car. Volvo develop this technology because of the accident data obtained thousands of serious accidents caused many wild animals that roam or passing on the street.

This technology uses sensors and radar to detect animals in front of the vehicle, and if the driver did not get the brake pedal from a specified distance the car will automatically brake. By this way the risk of accidents caused by animals crossing the street can be reduced, because as we know the animals in general suddenly crossing the road so we as a driver would be very surprised.
