Vehicles that Use Water as Fuel from North Sumatra University

Limited oil resources led researchers to create a vehicle with alternative energy, and probably one of the environmentally friendly vehicles that we often hear is the electrical vehicle. But have you ever imagine if there is a vehicle can use water as fuel. Maybe this is just a dream but in fact this is already a reality, and one of them is a motorcycle created by young researchers from the North Sumatra University in Indonesia.

The Students majoring in Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of this university create a vehicle with 100 percent of the fuel is water, and driven by the combustion of hydrogen gas produced from splitting water molecules (H2O).

Interestingly, this system can also be applied to existing commercial vehicles, by modifying fuel delivery system on the vehicle and replacing the existing carburetor with carburetor designed by students from the university. In terms of vehicle emissions is also no doubt, because of the exhaust gas in the form of water vapor so it does not cause air pollution or very friendly environment.

The students from North Sumatra university who created this innovation incorporated in the study center-renewable energy (Renewable Energy) with Green Sensor, and create this vehicle with methods that require low operating costs, so hopefully in the future can be used and enjoyed by everyone.

According to some information that has been circulating the students  previously also creates several innovations such as conversion of water vapor into an electrical voltage and diabetes sensor from spinach.
