BMW Unveils C Evolution Electric Scooter Prototype-Speed of up to 120 km/h

About a year ago there was a news, BMW has an electric scooter concept and known as the BMW Concept C. And now it seems to be launched with a few changes, so the name was also changed to be the BMW C Evolution. But the BMW has not provided information when these scooters will be produced and is currently still in the prototype stage.

The BMW C evolution will be able to cover a distance of up to 100 km with a single charging at a speed of up to 120 km/h, and equipped with 8 kWh battery capacity which takes only 3 hours to recharge, however there are several sources that mention, this battery can be recharged to 70% in just 30 minutes.

Some interesting things from this scooter is battery design that become one with the frame, the electric motor is powered by a 14.8hp DC electric motor (peak power is 49.6hp) are almost the same performance with a 600 cc scooter. Moreover also features a high-performance brake system with ABS to ensure maximum safety while on the road.

This scooter is suitable for those who live in urban areas, but also can be used in non-urban, and interestingly this scooter can charge using the car charging socket, so this is the first two-wheeled vehicles that use this technology and has not been used in other electric motor scooter.
